I wanted to note most of this wasn't Joe Lafollettes fault. He wasn't the person who failed to keep records or assured me I would have a loaner available. The oil life still being at 20% after the change I can't speak for though.

Service on car was good but wanted to know about 6% stock charge, an extra $30 to bill.
