I brought my 2018 Honda CRV (which I bought from Airport Honda) in today for an oil change and checkup. Meagan Pless was my service advisor. I always ask for Meagen because I totally trust her to take care of me and my Honda. Thanks for a quick and not expensive service! One of these days I’ll trade it in for another Honda!

I had a good experience today, but not a great experience. Joe, the service technician took very good care of me, but I wish that the actual mechanic had gone over the truck with me System by System either on a video as he inspected or just walk through the systems With me very briefly. It makes a big difference when you’re about to spend thousands of dollars purchasing a vehicle. You know nothing about it service records overall I had a good experience today at Honda. Thank you.

Excellent customer service, I always happy when I leave airport Honda after they have serviced my car.
Wasn't greeted by my service provider. I had called the day before and was told to leave key in drop box, I did at 6:15am. I filled out the complete drop box form, and then went to work. After I get off work and return to dealership, I find out that my cat hasn't even been serviced. As I walk up to service providers desk, he was not available,and the other service provider ask if I need any help? I asked her if my truck has been done, she finds out that my serviced hasn't been done, and hasn't even been wrote up for service. As I explain that I used the drop box... she checked the lock box and finds my envelope with my keys, and then provided to help and was able to get my service done with a short wait. Afford a car wash but the car wash was shut down for the day. She was helpful. After all this it did get the service done, but as it was my first service there, lack of providing a service that took all day and was serviced at 5pm rather then the set appointment time at 8:30am. This does not make appointment times fill timely. Also after looking at repair order... it says they used 0w30 oil... which I'm not sure if that grade is recommended for my truck. I hope next service will be a better experience!!
