I feel like I was taken advantage of. I believe being charged $130 for being effectively told you do not know what the problem is and blaming it on an internal error is misleading and insulting. I was told no work was performed and therefore I am being charged a diagnostic fee. I asked if they were able to perform a software update and which was told no. Entering my car I found out they did update the system software. So is that not work performed? I can understand not being able to fix an issue with technology but it is not like the car was disassembled. I would have happily had it fixed anywhere else however I was told the only place that can update software is the dealership. I would like a refund of my money, that is the only remedy I see to be appropriate and I anticipate your call.
