I very much appreciate Simon for ordering a new camera for my car. It will be great to see if it resolves the error messages. Joe and Simon were both very kind and professional. There is still an unresolved problem that was not duplicated at the Honda dealership. Whenever I initiate a call from my car the person on the receiving end has an echo. This was not a problem with my 2020 HRV. It was also not a problem with a recently rented Mitsubishi. My phone is an iPhone 15 and is only 6 months old. I have tried rebooting my phone several times as instructed by my salesman. My attempt to resolve it to put my phone on speaker or run it directly into my hearing aids. All these efforts takes my eyes off the road which is not safe. A phone echo in a brand new car is unacceptable. The problem is in the car. It is a stressful situation for me. Thank you.

There is oil all over my van. It has dripped all over my concrete. There are oily hand prints on the front of my van. There is also too much oil when the dip stick is checked. Under the hood looks like the van is several years old and it was bought new in May. This was the first service it has had.
