Been having TPMS issues. After multiple visits I went back again yesterday to have it fixed as well as an oil change. Joe didn’t know what was going on so there was a severe lack of communication. Matt was and had been great though, and i definitely appreciate him. If it weren’t for him this wouldn’t be as nice of a review.

I am unable to do a trade in appraisal because of your sales process. You press for folks to sign up for maintenance as part of financing. And that’s fine and it helps over time, but at the same time it puts us upside down on the loan and makes trade in impossible unless you have money to cover the difference. So.. it’s a choice but it seems like you probably already know that, so I would appreciate it if you stopped asking.
