It took 2.5 hours to get an oil change when I was told it would take an hour.

I am not sure the issue is completely resolved. Unfortunately I was told my charging cord most likely caused the system to glitch, but the glitches happened even when a phone was not plugged in. I think they just reset the system and didn’t reallly liked that k into the problem. In top of this, I left two messages before I even got a call back to schedule and didn’t receive word my car was ready for pickup til after I was there asking about it. Usually I have a much better experience with airport Honda but this time it was hard to get a call back and I don’t know what they did other than charge me $300 to factory reset the infotainment system. I haven’t paired my phone to it yet because honestly I’m not sure it’s fixed and I don’t want to deal with the constant beeping it was doing while glitching.i was told “Honda is aware of some Bluetooth issues” but wasn’t given any information other than that. If Honda is aware, it seems there should be a recall and a fix.it just didn’t make sense to me tht a n after market cord created the issue. I hate to leave this review as up til now I’ve had good experiences at airport Honda but this time was not up to par with the service I’ve come to expect.
Process was extremely easy and affordable. I really appreciate the coupon you all sent for the Express Oil Change. Right now, finances are tight, so being able to get that done when it was needed for a great price really helped me a lot. Meagan was a very nice service associate, who made the entire process easy to understand and helped me check out quickly. Really like the waiting room at the new location much better than the old one you all had across the street. Its a lot roomier.
