But I am grateful that your employees took it so seriously and completed the repairs so quickly. They were professional, extremely courteous. Prompt and effective communication explaining the service work that will be performed. Also got the recall repaired. Went over the details of the service work and the charges. Also took care of the payment. Always listened and responded effectively. Made sure everything was correctly handled. Good service but never receive paperwork on my Honda pilot. Got bill but tech said his computer was messing up and work reports would be emailed to me still did not receive

Meagan was awesome. Provided reset procedures for infotainment center…went above and beyond. Defines customer service. Other service folks were great also. Only complaint is there was quite a bit of fresh oil stain on cloth drivers door arm rest that required cleaning. May want to remind oil techs.
