Mr. Lafollette was very helpful in explaining the work that needed to be done on my car. The work was done timely and efficiently.
No one called to give me update so l could give ok on part of the problem. I called at least 5 times and always got voicemail. No return calls were made. Then there was miscommunication between team members. All this was frustrating and delayed getting the car back. It was a short of workers type busy day again. That is hard on the customer and the employees. Not good business.
Joe went the extra mile to take care of us. We have been very satisfied customers since 1984 when Pam brought her Civic. I drove a 1994 Accord for 20 years and traded it in with over 497,000 miles!

Hannah Wright did a great job. However, whoever serviced my vehicle did a sloppy job. Motor oil was spilled on sparkplugs, exhaust system, and on exterior portion of vehicle. I gave never had such a sloppy oil change.
Wyatt was completely professional & very informed about the maintenance needed for my car. Completely tiptop! Pay him much more money!
