Very polite, professional, and helpful,
Joe & Wyatt were very helpful. Thank you.
Hannah is the best! She is always kind and patient and explains anything I don’t understand. I really appreciate her help and service!
Cannot get in tough with service advisor, tried calling several times.
Very nice people and good service
Service was excellent. Wyatt is the perfect person to have on your team! He was very friendly and funny , communicating clearly with service expectations. Your new Honda dealership is very nice. Thank you for the good experience.
I am satisfied for the most part. The low air ligh came on as soon as I left the dealership. This is the second time this has happened. The front tires did not have enough air in them.
Joe LaFollette always does a great job taking care of our service needs and communicates quickly!
Everything was very nice and professional.
Meagan is a Pro! Great service, great follow-up! Thanks!
Cost was over $100.00 more than I had been led to believe it would be and then the calculation of the bill was inaccurate times 2 before finally getting to a total. But that total was, as stated more than I had been led to believe it would be. Also, the time it took was over more than an hour longer than it should have been. Need to make some improvements!
Joe is always great to work with.
Got us in on an emergency. Repaired in the same day!
Joe was great, as always. Thanks to his perseverance I finally got a fuel pump to take care of the recall. He is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I enjoy working with him when my car needs service.
Hannah is amazing! She is the reason we switched Honda service centers to the Alcoa Honda location. She has a great attitude and made us feel welcomed.
Meagan was very helpful and pleasant. She is an asset to the service team.
Kevin took care of my issue just as he said he would. Great Service
I looked at the new wiring harness after getting home and there are wires which are not in the harness sleeve. This harness section is also not clipped into the tailgate where it looks like it should be. With the tailgate being put down of swung out many hundred times (or thousand) over the trucks life time, it just looks like a point of failure. At some point the harness could be pinched. In addition, the caulking weatherstripping was gouged as if someone rushed or didn't use the correct procedure or tools.
