Patrick was amazing throughout the entire experience! He listened to my concerns with my car, took detailed notes, and communicated throughout the entire process. During pick up, he even went into the cold and drove it right up to me. He’s awesome!!

The entire staff at Airport Honda are fantastic. Everyone is very professional. Anyone you meet asks if there is anything you need or can they help. It is always clean and orderly. Bathrooms are clean and stocked. Coffee station is well stocked and kept stocked.
I was greeted as soon as I pulled in. They had all the information on my car and what needed to be done. It took the amount of time I had been told. The work order was covered with everything that was done. They were all very courteous.
I have dealt with Patrick previously. He is first class.

Wedged underneath the car frame was a piece of your car lift. It fell out on to the garage floor when we opened the rear door. This could have caused serious damage to our car or someone else had it fallen off on the highway.

She saw that I had a special needs son with me - she had a shuttle take me and my son to a local restaurant and arranged for us to be picked up when the truck was finished. A truly outstanding experience. She has a winsome attitude and caring personality.
