Got there early and vehicle was taken in immediately. Told hit would be about 2 hours (as normal), got out about 30 minutes earlier than promised. Thats why I keep coming back for service, as well as buying my cars from Airport Honda. I always know what to expect, and they usually do better!

I learned to get an appt even tho when I called I was told to drop in any time to get my battery changed. After an hr, nobody told me anything. I had to go ask. Plus if you reply to the text they send you about 'if you have Qs',it does no good.

Not sure who Mary is, and mostly satisfied, as always oil change and tire rotation done quick and efficiently …..but also made them aware that I had a brake/front end suspension issue….the only feedback I got back was that everything was in spec and wearing normally…..a road test was in order and not offered (I assumed it would be done), and that would have shown the issue, I was on limited time that day (appointment was at 11 and I had till 1:15)….but had enough time for the road test
