They were very kind and courteous. They did not diagnose the two things that they think was wrong and fixed them and I complained about a popping when I made a turn or on the brakes, the staring or something. Yes, it is still making the popping. don’t know what’s going on. I did call back and leave. Joe a message. Did not hear back from him. Dee

Hannah is a pro. Polite, GREAT listener, knew the details of what would best solve my vehicle’s needs and set it into motion right away; She followed through with all of it.
Customer service was excellent, but far as me getting my car back in a timely manner was not I sat two hours and 15 minutes. To have an oil change when I got there I asked how long it would be. I was told that it would be an hour or at the most an hour and a half.
I thought $70 for a cabin air filter was excessive. Also the whole service was too pricey. Other than that, the customer service was good
I was offered a loaner so my car could be cleaned before returned and it wasn’t cleaned. I didn’t ask for it, but since it was offered, I expected it.
