Joe was excellent, extremely professional. I called with a question and Joe answered the question and immediately got me in for service I needed.
I was impressed with the friendly and professional handling of my Accord’s significant 100,000 mile service. Joe explained everything and kept me updated as to the service progress, 2 hours as he predicted. I would easily recommend Airport Honda service center and will be back myself when I need service.

Hannah is great. Very professional and very knowledgeable about your automobile. She listens well and makes sure she has answered all your questions. I always feel that Hannah will make sure you get a thorough job done.
The issue with the car was not fixed. The individuals that I spoke with and that worked on my car were extremely polite and communicated well but the issue with my wife’s car persists.
She was very friendly and helpful. She kept me updated, and was knowledgeable at all turns.
Joe called first thing this morning and I got the car back over there. They reassessed it and it was something that had been fixed by another company and it was the strut that was making a lot of the noise but what they did the day before and everything they fix is just great. I will definitely bring it back and hope to work with Joe again. He was so helpful. Thanks Dee
