The actual service was great. However, being told there would be a charge to use a credit card was disturbing. Having the service personnel have to deal with it (with no prior notice to customers was unfair to your staff. Management handled this VERY poorly!
I get really tired of the upselling. I went in planning on spending about $200. The recommendations were for $1,200. As someone who knows cars, I still checked with someone to make sure I didn't need any of that. For someone who doesn't know? You're making money by preying on people's fear. I really hoped this dealership would be different. I guess not.
The service team is always on point. Great leadership, outstanding desk agents, and the drivers are excellent as well. The truck comes back better than new. Thank you Toyota of Walla Walla!
Each time I bring my car in I request them not to rotate the tires. I watched the man write that down yesterday, they still did it. I’m getting ready to go on a long trip and knew I have a slow leak on a rear tire. If I buy another Toyota, I feel this will just continue. Very frustrating.
