This is not a complaint! Don’t get me wrong….your service was good. I used to work in car audio for many years. Each vehicle that came into our shop always left cleaner than when it came in. The glass was cleaned and the interior vacuumed. This was our “Clean Car Policy”. Because of this little extra for the customer, we had an increased amount of happy customers. This not a complaint! Just an observation.

Nestor does a fantastic job! He is knowledgeable and efficient.
The 100k maintenance was more expensive than anticipated although I agreed to all of the recommended items, seems like cost could’ve been reduced 10% for loyal customers and seniors. No complimentary car wash was offered. That was a standard perk in the past. I’m not a fan of online communications. Impersonal and not universally customer friendly.
Austin was great to work with. He got my vehicle in without an appointment. He kept me updated on the progress. It was a good experience.

Nestor & the maintenance crew were efficient & professional. Scheduling & service was excellent. My only dissapointment was that I didn't get a vehicle wash after service. In past years that car wash was always welcomed & appreciated. It distinguished your service from all of the other area service providers. Think about bringing back the car wash.
