Oscar was patient and explained details to me. When I paid, Oscar described ways to pay. Very helpful. I watched and heard Oscar speak in Spanish to a customer. I was impressed with how well he spoke and how nicely he treated the person who did not speak English. In addition to helping me expertly, Oscar had to pass off my vehicle to my 17 year old son, Rem McBride. My son had to come by Toyota after I left because Rem was at WaHi. Rem received 2 keys + remotes and Oscar helped him. An additional comment, Oscar works very hard!

I got bored waiting. I was told an hour or less. It was more like an hour and a half to three quarters. Not upset. Not even grumpy really. But also not completely satisfied.
