Was a busy day in service dept so my service was a bit longer than expected but not a problem for me. Great job.
Your new system of sending the diagnostic report through a text didn’t work for me. My service person didn’t include the alignment that they had recommended after my car failed the alignment test. I tried calling the phone numbers included with that report as a way to reach my service representative. They are disconnected. Then I tried sending a message in the box provided, and it would not go through. It would’ve been much easier for me. Had my service representative given me a phone call.
I prefer having a conversation when there are additional items added rather than trying to go through a technological system that does not work. I noted that the phone numbers were Pasco numbers and not Walla Walla numbers. It would be best if our dealership and service department were locally operated.
Austin was extremely friendly and cared about the great service he was there to provide. You have a good one in him, take care of that one !!! The entire staff was helpful and friendly. I appreciate a business model where everyone is there to provide quality service and wants to be there. I will always recommend Walla Walla Toyota to anyone that has service needs or is in the market for a new car. Thank you!!

My previous service history did not show up on the computer that was being used. It was recommended to me to do $1200 worth of work that I already had done. This really erodes my confidence in the new owners of this dealership. Simple mistakes like this with a large price tag, really affects how I’m going to spend my money in the future there.

This is nothing against Juan himself, but 15 minutes was too long to wait to be helped. It would have been even longer, but I finally had to approach the service area a second time for assistance.
The service was great and the vehicle is fantastic. Our 2008 Prius had a burned out headlight when we delivered the vehicle (2022) for service so got a quote to replace it and later found out how to do the light replacement. When ordering the bulb that no one else had the price each made my jaw drop. I did order two bulbs for a Japan built car and that is the reason I could not find a LED replacement for the HID style bulb. The two bulbs were a little less than 400 dollars. I was shocked to say the least. Fred

There were parts of the car that needed more attention. The dashboard still had large water spots but maybe that couldn’t be rubbed out, the glass on the dashboard still had some streaks, the center console had a small sticky area near the stick shift…it was mostly the dashboard & console all the other parts of the car were good.
The area that needed the most attention (near the driver) didn’t come out as spotless as I expected for $500 and 2 days. But it’s so much better than when I brought it in - overall satisfied with the results.
