Truck was fixed perfectly and runs great. It seemed the price oif the service/troubleshooting was outrageously high.
Also, the service reception desk needs to be completely renovated and organized, there is no direction of flow and all the desks are covered in receipts and paperwork. I was getting stressed looking at the situation and I could tell the employees were stressed with the mess at there desks.
I still consider Walla walla Toyota as the destination for my vehicle needs.
Just want to see something different with the back service desk area.

Are all the recommendations for additional service valid? How do I know I can trust whoever authored them? Abajans would tell me what was necessary and show me why and what I might want to do.
I waited for over 2 and 1/2 hours for the simple service call of some recall and they never took off the maintenance required sign on the dashboard I traveled 84 miles to get this fixed what do you think????
The routine maintenance was performed satisfactory and on time.
I was also aware of tire wear, and this was accurately noted. By telephone conversation, I agreed to the purchase of four new tires to be completed by about 4:30 PM. At that point, I would be picked up by your driver to be reunited with my car. However, in the course of the afternoon there were no further updates. I begin calling Toyota at 4:30 but no one would answer the phone. It was about 5:30 or a bit later when I was picked up to receive my car.
No one likes to wait, but a wait is more easily endured if the customer is given regular reports and updated estimates.

Who is Juan? The guy who checked me in or out? Neither one wore a name tag. And neither one was anywhere near the great attitudes of Oscar and Austin. The check-in was slowed by the person not finding why I was there, he thought I wanted an alignment "check". Austin kept telling him it's for an actual alignment. The guy who checked me out was not friendly at all and didn't seem to want to answer my questions.
Also, I had been told the alignment takes about 1 hour. After 3 1/2 hours I finally called, and had to leave a message. Returned call said it was ready. I don't think you should quote a time for customers to expect and plan around if you can't honor it. I know things happen, but if they do, a phone call would be appropriate.

I feel like I was taken advantage of as a woman. I was told I should replace my bad battery, when it was less than a year old. I had it tested at LS and it was perfect. Because of that I have lost trust in McCurley’s.
Service was great, the estimated need for services seem rather high, not reflective of what I’ve already done.
