Your $1500 estimate to fix the leak was way too much for. I had it fixed elsewhere. It took one person 2 hours to analyze, find the leak and fix it.

Rather than start off by explaining what they DID do on my truck the conversation (after a one hour wait for an oil change) was all attempts to convince me why I needed to spend yet another $200. A smart sales pitch would at least begin by making me feel like I’d already gotten value for what I committed to pay. This focus on upselling is what I expect from Jiffy Lube, though there at least the trade-off is pretty quick service.
