The representative who helped me need training in how to give proper customer service. He was not very knowledgeable on my customer profile to begin with and was a bit off putting when I tried explaining that it was a new car to me that I had just purchased a couple of months ago. He started recommending service that was due according to him but once he checked the system he realized I was right and this was just under the Toyota service for being a newer car with pre paid warranty. He recanted and tried to end on a good note but the first impression he left wasn’t good. He needs to be less aggressive and listen to customers before jumping to conclusions. This would have saved me 10 minutes and an unpleasant experience.
Nester was so thoughtful and concerned about making sure I was not doing something and spending in-necessary dollars that was not yet needed yet.

I really want to commend your customer service. It is top notch. I really appreciated everyone who helped me. I especially want to thank and appreciate your full time shuttle driver. I am sorry that I cannot remember his name. I was having a severe pain flair and he rescheduled the time in the afternoon to accommodate. Then he got my keys and drove my car right to the vehicle bay so I wouldn’t have to walk to find it. I hope that management can recognize his greatness. Thank you!!!!
