I moved my oil change appointment to Monday sothat I could also have the fuel system serviced. I told this to the person who moved my appointment and she said that 10:30 this morning (Monday) would work. My husband brought my car in for both services and was told that they could only do the oil change because the other service would cut into lunch time and that they could do it after lunch but my husband would have been stuck there for hours as there is no shuttle service to Waitsburg. My husband was quite frustrated but agreed to the oil change even though he just wanted to leave. I rescheduled this appointment so that I wouldn’t have to bring my car in multiple times between services and now I’m forced to bring it back in. I work in Richland and live in Waitsburg, coming to Walla Walla is not part of my normal routine and is now going to require me taking time off work to bring it back. I usually get great service but today I was let down and worse of all, no apologies and no other offers to make it right.

My car was serviced in a professional manner. The day I was in, they were very busy, but they acted professional and got me in and out as fast as they could. Nestor was a stand out as always for his calm service when things were so busy!
