Austin was polite, listened & heard and tried to solve a concern I had. My concern is that my first name is continually misspelled. Austin tried to correct it, but the computer program refused to accept the correct spelling of my name. My name is ElRae, always with a capital R, for over seventy-five years now. Just like McDonald spelled with a lower case d is misspelled. Computer programs need to be rewritten and people and their names need to be treated with respect! Austin understood that!

It tookk over an hour to replace three wiper blades on my vehicle. They were waiting for a tool to be delivered. When it had not arrived in almost and hour and a half they finally sent someone to pick it up. They should have done this from the start. The parts store was only a half mile away. When I got into my vehicle to go home the steering wheel was dirty/greasy, the drivers seat was dirty, and the old dirty wiper blades were laying on the front passenger seat. I keep my vehicles very clean and this is not acceptable. Juan did comp me for the cost of the rear wiper blade for the long wait to get the part. I appreciate that.

Everyone was great, and I was pleased with the service. I did not like the new drive up. I’d prefer just to park and walk into service. Also, they usually Lubricate my sliding doors on the van for like $10. I was a bit disappointed that I’d have to make a shop appointment just to get the doors Lubricated. Those little things are a big help. I don’t mind paying the $10 to have it done. Other than that, I was pleased with the work and I like how you show videos of the service.
Justin was fantastic to work with. He was attentive to what I needed, he explained things well, and kept me in the loop on how things were going. Also, Katie (sp?) was wonderful too. I remember meeting her on the phone for scheduling and she was awesome. And then today she was the shuttle driver and she was wonderful to talk with.

Justin went above and beyond to help us. He thoroughly explained what our car needed. He checked on us consistently throughout the two hour appointment to see that we were comfortable. He was very kind and polite. We will continue to come back as long as we get Justin Wallace to help us.
