My appointment was scheduled for 3:00, was told they weee running behind and that the oil change would take 2 hours, ended up being 2.5 hours before I was leaving, no car wash, I appreciate all the folks at Findlay but come on, my time is important as well

I made an appointment at Findlay Toyota of Flagstaff AZ. I arrived a little early. I was welcomed, checked in, and was told the amount of time it would take. 2 hours later I received a phone call and told service was complete. I went to Findlay and was shown what was done. I accepted and made payment. My truck was washed. Awesome. Turned the key and got back on the road. Thank you Findlay Toyota !!

The service department would not repair the right, passenger side taillight. They stated I needed to call Toyota Corporation to report the bent taillight pins as defective.
I took the 2024 Tundra to Findlay Toyota in Flagstaff, Arizona. The first question was: Did I purchase the truck from Findlay Toyota?
We came up with a plan and implemented it. Everything happened as expected. I will be back.
