I came in needing a tire replacement since one of mine popped during my drive. I explained the situation to James and he helped me with no problem, even coming in without an appointment. He answered all my questions and was very nice.
Work was done in the allotted time specified.
It took a 2.5 hours to get my truck back from an oil change and wash. That defeats the purpose of having an appointment. Also apparently there was a “promise time” for my truck to be done with a car wash. Not only did my truck not looked washed but after being assured that my truck would be waiting for me in the bay after its was washed. I waited an hour for my truck to come to the bay. I finally went to the service reps and asked where my truck was. Not only did they not drive it to the bay but had me look for my truck next to the car wash. Apparently it was washing but never brought up to the bay. So disappointed.
Thank you Findlay Toyota for your help in address my concerns. Once I parked and got out of my car your staff provided great consumer service to me and made me feel welcome and heard.
A waste of almost 3 hours of my time.

Brought in three vehicles for oil, change inspection and rotation not sure if two of them were rotating cause I can’t tell by the way or the tires but the third one definitely wasn’t talk to service advisor. He assured me that it was done. It was not done the last time. I had an oil change either so I checked it definitely was it obvious that it was not done as a service advisor to call me in the next day to set up a time to get them rotated never heard from him
**** was excellent and knowledgeable!
Isaac was also extremely helpful, teaching about the features on our car, even though he was to go home.
Appreciate what James showed me on how to jump start my hybrid if needed again.

Did a 5 tire rotation when I asked. Was straight up when asked about future repairs.
