Maybe could of gone over recommendation that were on my paperwork
The service department would not repair the right, passenger side taillight. They stated I needed to call Toyota Corporation to report the bent taillight pins as defective.
I took the 2024 Tundra to Findlay Toyota in Flagstaff, Arizona. The first question was: Did I purchase the truck from Findlay Toyota?
We came up with a plan and implemented it. Everything happened as expected. I will be back.

Why does a scheduled oil change take 2 hours to complete, nowhere else in town has that kind of turn around and not apologize for it

I found Zach, the service advisor to be dismissive of our concerns and rude. He did not ask the technicians what was looked at on my vehicle but rather said he assumed they were correct that my car was found to have nothing wrong with it because they didn’t recreate the noise which I have heard multiple times and also said if I brought it in again 1 or 2 more times I would have to pay $180 service fee despite my car being 3 weeks old and having very little mileage on it. I first heard the noise the day I bought the car. He also sent a text saying the car was ready when in reality it still needed a coating to be applied which takes 2 hours.

I had to make a trip back to the dealership because I had found a sharp pointed screw driver left underneath the truck. I’m pretty sure it was a mistake. They need to do a thorough check before releasing the vehicle to the owner.
The oil change was good, I like the fact that I am given what my car needs in the future. Because I answered yes to the appraisal doesn’t mean to bother me with “trade in your car” calls in the near future. I would like to know due to the amount of work my car needs.
Took a little longer than expected but the service advisor explained the reason which was justified. I would recommend picking up an Ancell BM700 scan tool for any technician working on a BMW.
