We do not feel that our vehicle with low mileage & not even 2 years old should have bad break rotor's that shimmy so bad going down hill you feel unsafe. If toyota has such a great warranty than why is this not under warranty? This has left me unsatisfied & rethinking buying a Toyota for the first time. I’ve had several Fords & have never had this problem. I will be purchasing another vehicle in the coming months & this is definitely making me learn towards staying away from Toyota & your dealership. If this is such a common occurrence for Toyota than why hasn’t Toyota fixed this problem? Sandra K

I was quoted 2 hours for a key change and planned my work schedule based on that estimate. I had to wait for 3.5 hours resulting in me canceling work, losing pay, and looking unprofessional. People have lives outside of their vehicle so incredibly irritated by the experience today. 375 for a key and even more in lost work. Will not be coming here for service again.

I’m super happy in the outcome. I know now my tires will be safe at any speed without question. I appreciated that Mike listened to my strange tire symptoms and investigated my concerns. The service department went to work and now I am back on the road. Thank you Findlay and thank you Mike.
