Horrible experience. The service tech tried to charge me for cabin and engine air filters that were supposed to be covered under my maintenance plan. I spent an hour being directed between service and finance trying to get in writing what was covered under my prepaid maintenance plan. Service finally conceded (or realized) that the filters were covered and put them in for me, but no one (service or finance) was able to find the exact details in writing of what was covered under my prepaid maintenance plan. My first year at this dealership was ok - long wait times but the techs always knew what was covered in my plan and went over it with me. This last year has been absolutely horrible. The time before this I brought it in for the 60k routine maintenance that comes with my plan, and I waited around for 5 hours for them to rotate my tires and skip everything else. This time was even worse, my car was there from 11-5, and they didn’t acknowledge that the filters were covered until I was checked out, and then they took the key back and put them back in. I am most frustrated with the fact that I still do not have documentation of what is supposed to be covered in my maintenance plan as I no longer trust this dealership.

Very nice 10/10 they do great work
2 1/2 hours for a oil change and tire rotation is a little excessive. Zack was great but little to no communication until my husband paced back and forth past his desk after being there for 90 minutes. 3:30-6:00 pm with an appointment.
