Someone halfassedly peeled off the sticker from the previous service, and then just left remnants of the partially peeled sticker on the windshield. I can fix it with a razor blade and some goo gone, but it's just unfortunate that someone would do half a job on something so simple. It makes me worried about the rest of the job.

Took my vehicle in for a 25,000mile service. And experienced a very poor visit to the dealership. I came into my service expecting my 25,000 mile service, my brake line recall, tires rotated, and an inspection of the overall condition of my vehicle. knowing my warranty is expiring soon, I expected a couple of notes in the inspection of some damaged parts I already know about. and an answer if they could be covered under my warranty. But the inspection came back with every category checked “ok” (green). When I went to pick my vehicle up, I specifically asked about damage to my driveshaft and they told me it was not flagged in the inspection and that I would have to make another appointment for them to look at it. When this was a big reason why I even made an appointment in the first place. If my tires were even rotated it would have been very accessible to see. On a good note, my vehicle was in and out, but poorly done land very half a**ed.

There’s two things….
One, my driver floor mat was unhooked when I got there because it was really dirty from a weekend trip and I wanted it vacuumed. When I got it back from service it was not fully vacuumed and it was not hooked back on despite the receipt saying it was inspected.
Two, on my last service I had three thousand dollars worth of work done replacing the lower control arms. I continued to notice a knocking sound coming from the front left wheel. I inquired about it today with the service advisor and a cracked sway bar link boot. I’m disappointed this wasn’t found when the entire front suspension was just worked on.
Please feel free to correct me if I’m wrong about the sway bar link boot but with this and the floor mat, my confidence is a little shaken. If you look at my account, you’ll see this van is serviced nearly 100% at a Toyota dealership.
Lack of professionalism by staff.
