Hailley was great, but she could have let me know that the truck needed filters before it was pulled out of the shop so that that service could’ve been done without the an extra delay or a second visit. Also during my initial contact with Staff to set up my periodic maintenance I requested. That they order the parts to replace the rear right tail light assembly and the parts were not ordered. So I now need to bring the car back another time unnecessarily. I recently also had the parts department order the completely wrong part for another vehicle and fail to call me to let me know when it was in. I’ve always held Finley Toyota in the highest esteem, but I’ve had these multiple minor issues lately. Hopefully you guys aren’t slipping in your high-quality customer service.
