Mike my assigned person was great. Professional and no nonsense extra sales crap. I like to hear about issues on car that are necessary to hear about but sales pitches in things that don’t need repair until a ways off he was just straight forward and I appreciate that. I have a few over the years that “ sell” way too much on repairs.

Michael was very helpful and directed us as to what he was not able to troubleshoot the problem with our vehicle, So he advised us that the service center at Findlay Toyota,did not have the equipment to troubleshoot our problem with vehicle, So he directed us to go to Chevrolet dealership, as they would have the necessary equipment to hopefully solve our issue.We set up appt.for following day with Chevrolet Service Center.
