Hallie was very helpful, she was honest and upfront on what service I needed. She helped me with options on how I could pay for the service. I definitely would like her to help me again when I need services done on my vehicle. Her customer service is 100% and I would definitely recommend ppl to ask her. It’s always a “ job well done” with Toyota service from the Adviser, James , to the mechanics. It’s always more expensive but worth their knowledge and expertise and my peace if mind.

I did receive a text saying “my ride was ready to take home” first, and then moments later my multi inspection form came in. Wasn’t it suppose to be the other way around? I was ready to pay for my services and then the inspection form came in…kinda wish I received that earlier. I’m not sure how that was controlled.
