Zach is always doing a great job , very professional . Not to forget Randy the shuttle diver , he has been taking me back and forth many times and is a great brand ambassador for Toyota . Would like to make sure that he is getting some recognition for doing and outstanding job !

Jim was wonderful to work with. All the years I've done business at Findley, Jim is probably one of the few people that truly cares about providing excellent service. He was cheerful, listened and patient while I asked questions. He didn't give attitude when I asked for an estimated time. He went to the garage to check on my vehicle. When I decided to take the shuttle, he found driver for me. I forgot my phone and when I called to ask about my phone, he picked my phone and had it charging when I got back. It's the little things that the advisors do that some of us customers appreciate. It makes us feel valued and not just another customer to spend $$'s. Thank you Jim for making me feel valued as a customer.

Somehow scheduled my service in the wrong city…not even sure how I did that since I didn’t even know I could go to Prescott for service. When I showed up at the Flagstaff dealership and said I had an 11:00 no one acknowledged that…when I finally asked at 12:15 why my car was still not getting serviced was told it would be brought in at 2:00 done 2:30, 3. When I asked why when I had an appt that’s when I was told it was In Prescott. Would’ve been better to know before sitting at the dealership for 1 1/2 hours…we were early. Had to reschedule. I live 90 mins away from flagstaff.

We were 4th in line for service. Our appointment was set for 745 AM for a OIL CHANGE. Multiple cars - more than 6 were taken before us We live almost 2 hrs away from flagstaff.. No one check us in, no one checked on us. We got out of the vehicle and asked and were told someone will have us sign something. So we went back in our vehicle. 10 more minutes went by and no one approached us AGAIN. My husband got out and asked again and we were told “oh we didn’t know no one checked you in”. Then after our services were completed, I double checked the paperwork and wondered if we even got an oil change done. We called and were told that we don’t need an oil change and we can go without one for 10,000 miles. So basically, our time was wasted, we waited 4 hours for just a tire rotation and no oil change. So now I have to change my own oil. Thanks very much for the service. lol.

I’ve had 3 Toyota Care services done on my 2024 4Runner at your service center. The admin staff is great, but all 3 appointments have taken excessively long to complete- 2+ hours for a simple oil change or tire rotation. The dealership where I serviced my last 4Runner took 30-40 minutes for the same services and inspections. The technician and scheduling side of your service department is disorganized and doesn’t respect the time of your customers.
