The Service Advisor Jimmy was great! The mechanic’s recommended service was spot on, which I had done. At no time did I feel pressured to have more maintenance done on my 4Runner then what it needed. I am very very confident that the the service I receive at Findley Toyota is first rate.

I came in today with no appointment to get my oil change. It was the fastest I ever made it in and out. Typically I sometimes have to wait five hours for you to finish my vehicle, but even though you were very busy today, you were very quick. I appreciate that.
Would have been nice if they vacuumed my vehicle as well. As they did with all the other vehicles that were in front of me.
Mike Hanson, our service representative was great, again. We were very happy with our Findlay Toyota service! We will continue to take my wife's Lexus NX200T there and will take my 2024 Toyota 4runner limited there for our maintenance service in the future.
