Hallie is incredibly friendly, informative, and approachable. All-things-automobile can be intimidating but I would've felt comfortable asking her questions that I probably wouldn't have asked a less engaged, less approachable person. I have only good things to say.

We had our 2014 & 2016 4 Runners serviced yesterday and were extremely happy with your customer service. Dex assisted my wife with her car and Hallie helped me with mine. They both kept us updated regularly and were even nice enough to help us Bluetooth our phones to our cars which we very much appreciated!!!
