My 2022 Toyota Tundra truck has engine recall and multiple times the staff told me that I am on the engine recall list but refused to give specific date. It has been more than 6 months that Findlay Toyota staff in Flagstaff playing this game. Very poor customer care from entering to exiting this location in Flagstaff area
