**** is the best service rep I have had at any Toyota facility!
I was happy with the overall service, not with Hallie. I was also unhappy with the sales department. I came in today to purchase a new Tundra (I just purchased my new sequoia TRD pro a few months ago). I texted with a salesman yesterday and he called and said he’d be in at 8:00am today. So, I texted him to let him know I was in the showroom and ready. After waiting and being ignored for an hour, I left. I purchased my Tundra in the Valley.
Randy is a pro. Really appreciate his level of service.

My experience there was good. James was kind, but I still have not heard the results of the inspection as far as the paint job on my car and when or where or how Toyota will honor the recall as the paint was poorly done in manufacturing. Thank you.
