My service advisor, Mike, was great and squeezed me in despite a mixup with my appointment. The little video, provided by my technician, Dwayne, detailing the inspection, was informative and surprisingly fun; nice touch.
He was amazing until pick up. I felt a little put off when picking up the vehicle he seemed grumpy that I didn’t remember the techs name assigned to the car until he realized it was him then he was nice again. Just an interesting approach. Overall great service and communication.
