I needed the “ T “ on my tailgate put on and once the new letter was put on they noticed it didn’t match the other letters so they replaced them all. It looks great!

I would have appreciated knowing about the recall work that was done, requiring extra time than what I’d planned for. I thought I’d be there 1.5 hours instead of 5. A phone call regarding that ahead of time would be great so I could better plan for the day. They also don’t have half and half for the coffee, just the fake coffee mate crap that I can’t use! They used to have real cream, I don’t know why the change.
