There is really nothing I can think of that could make the experience better. My car was serviced, and the recalls were taken care of in a timely manner and everything that. Zachary did was perfect. I’ve rated the dealership before as five stars and would do so again based on this experience.

Zachery Butler was able to help me out before a long road trip. They checked if everything was in order and had some concerns about a few parts. I’m glad I made my appointment and got it fixed with Toyota Findlay, and can feel safe on the road.

There is a known and documented problem with the rear seat sensor on our vehicle. It’s documented all over the Internet. We were told that there’s nothing wrong with the sensor. We would prefer to not be lied to, an acceptable response is “we are familiar with the problem, we don’t have a remedy currently but will contact you with a fix once one is available.” Second, we needed the primary driver profile to be changed and updated. This is a standard service done by most dealers. We were told that they could not do that and to contact Toyota directly for assistance in making the update. Overall it was a bad experience. Regretfully this is the only Toyota dealer in our town. Maybe in the future we’ll drive to another city for service in hopes of having a better and more honest experience.
