One request for repair was not completed. When I notified Zachery Butler of this issue he quickly responded and followed up. The rest of the job was well done.

Repairs, maintenance, and any routine preventive care is so darn expensive. Especially, on hybrids.
James addressed all my questions and concerns. I told him about the issue with my rear windshield wiper and his team came up with the answer. Looking back at my previous 2 servicing w/ Findlay, the service people replaced the wrong size wiper blade rather than tell me it was not in stock. Yet I was charged for this twice. I mentioned this to James since it was the Findlay service team’s error. I’m willing to pay for the service but not be triple charged for the wiper blade. Thank you for your consideration.
