Answered my questions on part that was ordered, assured me oil change was done.
They didn’t wash my truck and made excuse not to check my transmission, truck doesn’t have power to go smoothly up an incline, it shift into lower gear and not a smooth shifts too.
He said these noise coming from the bottom is because there’s mud and maybe sand that gets into the joints, I disagreed.
