I would really like the broken TV in the lobby fixed or replaced. Also, I was told I needed a $750 HVAC Control module which I found on Amazon for $89. Also, I was told the cost for a new door light would be $130 - which I also found on Amazon for $4.
Des was great. He explained everything that would be serviced on my car. He sought me out to make sure I had received the text on my vehicle inspection and suggested service. He was on top of everything. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. I will be requesting him for future appointments.

I was very please with the service. But unfortunately, I don’t have the financial means to pay if we’re to be fixed. I am going to just park the truck, until my financial situation improves.
Randy from Service, along with the additional team members Quinn from Sales, and Matts from finance were so professional and helpful during my service appointment today. I worked with them on not only maintaining my current vehicle, which Randy was an expert in providing feedback, detailed notes, and answering my questions on; but also the team as a whole in providing support in the possibility of doing a Lease-to-Own transfer. The entire team was so welcoming and knowledgeable during my visit, and I really appreciated how attentive, professional, and flexible they were while I explored options. I felt they worked well as a team, across there functional areas to provide wholistic support and vehicle management while I was there for a routine inspection. I continue to be impressed by the Findlay Flagstaff location and it’s staff, and am and will continue to be proud repeat customer.

I liked working with Des, he is by far the best person in service I have worked with at this dealership. I usually dread coming in for an oil change b/c of the poor service, but Des seemed honest and did a good job.
