I recently brought in my 2025 Toyota Camry for a 10,000-mile service and was advised the wait time would be about 90 minutes. I also mentioned that my airbag malfunction light had come on that morning, and the service advisor assured me that the technician would check it after the initial service was completed. Unfortunately, I did not receive any updates during my visit. About two hours in, I asked my service advisor for a status update but was only told that the technician was still looking at the vehicle. I later saw a technician deliver my keys back to the advisor’s desk, but I couldn’t locate my advisor to get clarification. After waiting an additional 40 minutes, I asked again and still wasn’t given a clear explanation or timeframe. Overall, it took approximately five hours before I received accurate information and the service was completed. I truly enjoy my Toyota Camry—however, I do not enjoy the service experience I encountered during this visit. The extended wait time and lack of communication made the process frustrating, and timely updates would have greatly improved my experience.
