I know I have a Chevy truck, which I purchased from your dealership about eight years ago, I’ve always had you service the truck. I usually have to leave it overnight because you need to request parts to complete the service because it is a Chevy. This time I brought it in because a message light was on and there was other work that needed to be done. All that was accomplished was a very expensive oil change, and I was told that the rest of the work would have to be done at the Chevy dealership or somewhere else because you don’t carry Chevy parts. That’s OK I understand, but I brought this truck in for several years. I purchased it from Joe Gray and have been super happy with the truck and the service I’ve received in the past. But I will no longer bring it to Findlay, I will take it to Chevy or an independent mechanic. Thank you for the expensive oil change.
