your car wash does not dry. i end up spending 20 minutes wiping down my toy. and you got a new car wash a while back. fix it. why wash when you end up with water spots?
Didn’t vacuum out the car. Didn’t have the parts for the recall. Honda comps oil change when I have to bring my car in for something that is on recall. For shame.
I came for an oil change or 25000 mile service on my Tundra and I got there at 945 becuz my appt was at 1015….i didn’t get out of Finley Toyota until 4 PM! Becuz I told the car representative to look at my horn becuz it won’t honk anymore…he forgot to put on service report. The horn issue was a safety issue so I waited. This is why I am not satisfied with the service today…I shouldn’t have waited this long. Becuz I had to cancel a doctors appointment also.
James Hernandez is a very nice and welcoming young man. His attitude is pleasant and he has a warm and welcoming smile. Give that guy a raise!

Des did great. But i'm not sure why I have such extreme tire wear.When I just had an alignment done say few months ago..... Was my alignment done improperly???? Why do I need to replace all four tires now? Please let me know!

Inside driver door handle has broken on the 2025 Tacoma TRD pro and the replacement part’s on back order. (This is the third vehicle this to come in to the dealership with a broken interior door handle. ) It’ll take over a month for the replacement part to be delivered to the dealership. In the meantime, I’ll using the outside door handle to open the door to get out. What type of image does that send to potential customers watching someone who already drives a top of the line Toyota Tacoma? That’s unsatisfactory for a company’s image. In turn, making the dealership look like they offer poorly made products and selling at top dollar.
