Trying to upsell by recommending brake fluid replacement without checking to see if it is necessary is off putting.
The only complaint I have is that I had an appointment at 0900am and my vehicle was given back to me at 1230 that is a very long time for an oil change and a tire repair.
I still have the problem, so can’t say I’m satisfied.

The time to do the work was about two hours. I would
prefer to be charged at an hourly rate (e.g., $100/hour)
times the actual number of hours, instead of some
arbitrary dollar amount set in advance.
