Zachary was awesome. My oil change and brake fluid change went very smoothly so I don't have a complaint about either of those. What I do have a complaint about is that I was told that the peace that had come disconnected from my seat was a known problem and that it this was not the first time that that has been seen on another vehicle I was told that it could not be repaired that it had to be replaced. Not quite sure what the cost of that's going to be but for what I spent for my vehicle and that I bring my car to you every time I need something that this could not be done without me having to pay for it

I came in with no appointment and on an exploded tire and he jumped right on finding a solution and kept me continually apprised of the status. Great job!

While there may of been a good reason why the service for our car was not completed as promised and it took five days, but James Hernandez, our service provider, did not contact us to advise there will be a delay in completing the service as promised. I called James twice on the day the car was promised. I was advised he was busy with a customer and left a phone message for him to call me. I did not hear from James and first thing the following day I called back again leaving another message. After no word from James I called Tyler, the Service Mgr. James was pleasant when I did pick up the car but no explanation why he did not return my calls or an apology for the delay in completing the service.
