Everything was great except... Oil drops on my engine cover and next to the filter cap and fingerprints on the inside window around the reminder sticker. I know not material but it still bothers me. Not to mention the $121 for an oil change. But the service was otherwise great as was **** and I do trust Toyota to take the best care of my vehicle. Thank you

I do not understand why it takes two hours for an oil change. I asked my advisor an ETA by text and did not get a response. I had an appointment to be at and was late for it. I was told an hour wait.
Michael did a great job of keeping me a form of what was going on with my car while it was in service. They completed my car in a timely matter even though I had no appointment.
