Car wash was broken and I was not offered to come back another time when it’s fixed.

Super disappointed. Purchased a used car for $24,000 less than six months ago and wasn’t real happy with the vehicle so I went to trade it back in and they would only give me $19,500. The fuel pump went out within six months and they could not even diagnose it. I had to figure it out myself and let them know what was wrong with it. It had to be pushed down the road to Honda for repair. Pretty embarrassing for Findlay.
Clayton was very helpful and friendly. Overall he was great.
Zachery is awesome!! He was friendly, efficient and kept me updated through the tuneup appointment. I live out of town and I come to Flagstaff because of the attention to detail front of house & back of house crews!!
