Picking up the truck, the service person couldn’t answer any questions of what was actually done during the service. He seemed off-put that he had to call the mechanics who couldn’t give me any answers either. Seems like my truck was washed a vacuumed at its 5k “service”. No answer on software updates, no mention of the gas recall and no answer on when I may get a 2nd FOB. I’m wondering if if need to go the PHX to get some actual service.
Mike was great with customer service. Got my vehicle in and out right on time.
James did a great job, but we’re annoyed with a recurring issue with our 4Runner that is extremely expensive to fix!
