The problem was not with Clayton he did everything right when he became aware of the issue.We booked the repair after a service and gave a large gap as well as being told the parts only took a few days. We even contacted your building the day before to double check everything was ready only to arrive and be told it was not. Luckily one of us could return the next day but being self employed it meant we lost a days work, around $150 plus the gas in the temp vehicle. So, not Clayton’s fault per se but a general lack of organisation.

We placed a parts order the end of July 2023 and saying part was on back order until end of August. Kept calling parts department after the promise date. Finally received an email from Sam on September 6, 2023 say our part finally came in. Called back to make an appointment for September 13 at 9am. Made arrangements for leaving work and someone picking us up at Toyota. Got to the appointment early and then Sam says they didnt have the part and won’t be in until 21st of sept. No call or email before we got there to inform us. I was really upset because of their lack of communication. He said they can look in parts to find one. We left it there to get an oil change. About 2 hours later he texted and said part was found and they could fix what we went there for. He should have taken care of this before we got there instead of putting us thru the stress. For the past month we been trying to get to Phoenix and can’t go without AC which the service was for. Glad it got fixed but could have been avoided without all the madness and stress.

Don’t leave grease all over my vehicle. Notify me that there is no TPMS in one wheel, actually checking the vehicle to make sure it is safe to drive. Was not done. Nothing but problems at your location, I won’t be returning for any future service.
